WEDDING AT VILLA MIANI
Wedding at Villa MIANI. One thing is certain: until now we have been to many weddings, we have met so many different cultures, traditions and families, but this wedding has been the most eventful, full of entertainment for all the guests!
Since Yara spent a year in Rome as a student, she fell in love with the eternal city, and it was a pretty obvious choice to get married here. Our wonderful couple lives in the United States, so planning a wedding in Italy as you can imagine was no easy task.
Luckily their wedding planner White Emotion handled everything perfectly, from the various welcome parties and rehearsal dinners to the nothing less than breathtaking wedding.
Yara was getting ready with all her bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law in the most beautiful hall of Villa Miani while Gabe opted for obvious reasons to get ready in a nearby hotel.
To tell the truth, the open air wedding ceremony was truly amazing with the view of Rome and the Vatican (St. Peter), celebrated by a priest who came from Jordan for this special occasion.
But the real surprise was when they entered the dinner accompanied by Arab musicians and drummers. What a party! All the guests were so involved (200 guests) that they danced around the couple as you can see in their video.
After this fantastic welcome party for the newly weds, the dinner began enriched by the speeches of the father and brother of the groom and the maid of honour.
Should we mention the party after all? It was nothing short of hectic .
This elegant neoclassical wedding venue in Rome was built in 1837. All its halls are different one from another, giving marvelous places for photographs and obviously leave all the guests breathless. One of our favourite spot inside of the Villa was at one of the many entrances, the Flowers Room, giving us a beautiful backdrop. We always recommend to our spouses to use the Villa for the getting ready and Villa Miani is truly a perfect place.
